Welcome to Amanda Rose Co. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Products & Orders All products are handcrafted and made with care. Product appearances may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade goods. We accept a limited number of orders at a time to ensure each receives the highest level of attention.
Custom & Event Orders We accept a limited number of custom and event bookings to ensure each experience receives the highest level of care. Custom orders require advance notice and are subject to availability. All custom orders are final sale.
Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
All Sales Final Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@amandarosecompany.com.
Delivery We offer local delivery only within the Phoenix metro area. Delivery is scheduled a minimum of 7 days in advance. Amanda Rose Co. is not responsible for product damage after delivery and drop-off.
Force Majeure Amanda Rose Co. is not liable for delays or failures in delivery or service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply disruptions, or illness.
Allergies & Sensitivities Our products contain fragrance oils and wax. Customers with fragrance sensitivities or allergies should review product ingredients before use. Amanda Rose Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from product use.
Photography & User Content All photography, branding, and content on this website is the property of Amanda Rose Co. and may not be used without written permission. By tagging @amandaroseco on social media or using our branded hashtags, you grant Amanda Rose Co. permission to share and repost your content, with credit given where possible.
Intellectual Property The Amanda Rose Co. brand name, logo, product names, and all associated creative assets are the exclusive property of Amanda Rose Co. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability Amanda Rose Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
