At Amanda Rose Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order using premium soy wax. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our designs, we are unable to accept returns. However, your experience matters deeply to us, and we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your order.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are made to order and crafted by hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@amandarosecompany.com.
To assist you quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Shipping & Heat Disclaimer
Our products are made from natural soy wax and may be sensitive to heat, especially in warmer climates like Arizona.
Amanda Rose Co. is not responsible for:
- Melting or softening due to heat exposure after delivery
- Packages left outside for extended periods
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Custom & Event Orders
All custom, bulk, or event orders are final sale and may be subject to separate terms discussed prior to purchase.
