All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
Refund Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your delivery date with photos of the damage or incorrect item.
Refund Method Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Custom, bulk, and event orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
