Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date at hello@amandarosecompany.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at (480) 788-9617 or hello@amandarosecompany.com to request a cancellation.
